12. Do you offer a return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy for new and unworn items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact our customer service team athelp@colormond.comwithin 15 calendar days of receiving your item to initiate the return process.
13. What items are eligible for return?
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation (certificate of authenticity and invoice), and must be shipped back to us within 15 days of receipt. Please note that returns on earrings are not accepted due to hygiene reasons.
14. What items are non-refundable?
- Orders outside of 15 calendar days of receipt.
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged.
- Returns on earrings are not accepted for hygiene reasons.
- Sale items, unless faulty.
- Custom designed jewelry or personalized jewelry with engraving.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive the returned items, we will process your request within 7 business days and send a return confirmation email. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment or as store credit. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please place a new order for the desired item and return the original item for a refund.

25. Does my jewelry come with certificates?
All Colormond jewelry comes with a brand certificate detailing the specifications of each piece. Diamonds weighing 1 carat or more come with a certificate from the International Gemological Institute (IGI), an independent and reputable laboratory. Each Colormond certificate is issued by IGI to guarantee authenticity and quality.
26. What's the quality of your diamonds?
We meticulously handpick every diamond to ensure they meet our high standards.
Our diamonds feature:
- D-F color and VS+ quality for white diamonds.
- Fancy to Fancy Vivid color and VS+ quality for colored diamonds.
27. How long is the warranty and how to claim it?
We are committed to the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. We offer a one-month warranty against manufacturing defects for all fine jewelry purchases. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, scratching, stretched chains/rings, product loss, or damage due to improper use, cleaning, or storage.
28. How do I make a claim on the warranty?

- A short video showing the damage
- A description of how the damage occurred
Please note that if the provided images indicate that the damage is not repairable, we may not accept the item for further evaluation.
