15-Day Returns
If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns on new and unworn items. Simply reach out to our dedicated customer service team at help@colormond.com within 15 calendar days (including weekends and holidays) of receiving your item, and we'll guide you through the return procedure. We offer refunds and store credits for online purchases.
Non-Refundable Items
Faulty or damaged items:
If you received an item which you believe to be faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at help@colormond.com with your order number and a detailed description and we will be in touch with next steps.
How to Return
Drop us an email at help@colormond.com with your order number and reason of return, and we will send a return label your way. Please pack your item in the original packaging, making sure it is sealed well with the label clearly attached.
*Please note that Colormond does not cover carrier fees associated with returns; however, if the return is due to a quality issue, we will cover the shipping costs.
Refunds
Upon receiving the returned items, we will process your request within 7 business days and send a return confirmation to the e-mail address associated with your account. Your refund will be issued to the original method of payment or store credit. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. However, if you have not received the refund in 15 working days, you may contact us at help@colormond.com.
Exchange
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges at this time and instead encourage you to place a new order for your desired item and return the original item for a refund.

- Orders outside of 15 calendar days of receipt.
- Items that have been worn, altered or damaged (scratched, broken, etc.)
- Returns on earrings are not accepted for hygiene reasons.
- Sale Items: All sale or promotional items purchased during sale periods are final. We do not offer refunds or credit notes on sale items that have been marked down unless faulty, in which case we will provide a full refund. Items purchased using a discount/promo code are only eligible for store credit, unless faulty.
- Custom designed jewelry or personalized jewelry with engraving.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
